We want you to get your order fast! So we stock and ship from warehouses located in these 4 regions: USA / UK / EU / China. We always try to ship from a warehouse that's located within your region which saves energy and reduces the wait time.

There are no import taxes or fees on orders shipped to addresses located within our 4 core delivery regions USA / UK / EU / China. All other destinations may be subject to local import taxes or fees which will be payable to the carrier on arrival.

Yes we offer our interest free option to spread the cost over 3 months without the need for any credit checks. Choose the split payment option at the top of the payment page and enter your card details to make your first months payment. We do not charge any interest however there is a small service fee of $30 / £30 / €30 per order. If you have a Coupon / Discount / Voucher / Promo Code then you can enter it on the payment page during the checkout process. On the payment details page during checkout please locate the field: APPLY DISCOUNT CODE and click the small down arrow on the right side to reveal the text field to enter your discount code. Then click apply discount and if its valid your discount will be applied.

Yes! Returns are FREE if your order was shipped to a delivery address located in one of the following 4 regions: The USA (excluding US territories & Hawaii) - United Kingdom - European Union - China/Hong Kong.

All returns and exchanges are processed by our easy to use online returns portal which can be accessed at: returns.thehoomanlife.com. Remember to submit a returns or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your product and that you return your items in the original packaging including all supplied accessories otherwise your return may not be accepted.

We endeavor to credit your original payment card with your refund within 10 working days of our warehouse receiving your returns. This is to allow time for processing and verification by our team. Please note refunds can sometimes take longer to be credited back to your card due to varying bank processing times. Please contact support if you have not received your refund within 20 days.

Yes you can personalize your Hooman Bed with your pets name. All beds come complete with a letters kit containing two sets of the entire alphabet of beautifully hand crafted embroidered letters. We also offer a range of additional letter designs which include designs made from materials such as crystal or rhinestone! So now you can add that extra sparkle and make sure everyone knows who's bed it is!

That's almost a trick question for us because we made all our products using the highest quality human grade materials so that they could be as good if not better than most human beds... However because of all the silly legal stuff our lawyers advise us to say no :-(

We set out to make the best looking and most comfortable dog beds using only luxury human quality materials. Sadly this also makes it difficult to make our beds chew proof or indestructible like many dog beds are advertised. We simply want to be transparent that although our beds are so good they're probably better than the majority of beds used by humans… they are also probably better suited for the well trained Hooman dogs of this world.

Although Hooman beds are generally targeted towards dogs we know that a number of our customers use Hooman products for a wide variety of household pets especially domesticated apartment cats who rarely venture outside... Maybe its time to upgrade their sleep game too! All we recommend is measuring your animal and selecting the bed size that best suits them

We care about the wellbeing of our four-legged customers but also their human family! We went the extra mile to only use human grade polyurethane foam that's 100% non-toxic which does not off-gas unwanted chemicals. All mattresses and fillings are certified by CertiPUR-US® that they are made without the naughty stuff like Formaldehyde/PBDEs/TDCPP/TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants/Mercury/lead and other heavy metals. Also all foams used are Low in VOC! So there you go.. There not just good looking but also highly engineered to be perfectly safe for everyone in your home

All beds require some light assembly. We made it super easy plus no tools are required during the whole process. Generally setup should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. Visit the help center if you need assembly instructions or want to watch videos detailing the full assembly process. But if your really struggling you can always reach out to our support team.

Absolutely! Two dogs can share a Hooman bed. However its best to double check that the bed size will be big enough so that they have plenty of space

Hooman beds are great for older dogs as many dog develop arthritis or hip dysplasia as they age. They may also start to suffer from achy joints or other conditions that necessitate getting a quality dog bed with orthopedic benefits while maintaining maximum comfort. Our multi layer mattress is fitted with a top layer of luxury memory foam which eases pressure on your pup’s joints while supporting the rest of their body. Plus Hooman dog beds are designed to be hygienic as we strongly believe a clean bed is a healthy bed. All our bed linens are made from a minimum 400 thread count pure cotton which is designed to be machined washed or even replaced... just like your own human bed! This all keeps Hooman dog beds germ and odor free for a healthier sleep

This is always a personal choice however many young puppies are crate trained by their owners. If you’re currently create training your puppy they can start to experience The Hooman life from the start as our luxury mattress can be easily removed from the bed frame and placed inside a crate giving your pup an ultra-luxurious crate pad so that they can sleep comfortably. We offer a waterproof mattress protector for those little accidents plus all our covers are 100% linen that’s designed to be machine washed regularly keeping their bed germ and odour free. As they progress through their training you can start removing the mattress from the crate and placing it onto the Hooman Bed Frame and slowly introduce them to the full Hooman Life experience!
