When you place your order, the first instalment of 33.3% will be charged and a pending charge or ‘hold’ will be put on your card for the remaining balance amount and will reduce as monthly payments are charged to the card, but don’t worry! The “hold” won’t show as a charge in full on your credit report.

There is no application or approval process and there is no impact on your credit score. Your bank simply sees the individual instalment charges each month.

Our Pay Later program is available to all customers that are located in the United States, United Kingdom, the European Union and uses your existing credit card limit. All you need is a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with a sufficient amount of available credit for us to authorises the total order value. Unfortunately, due to security and financial risks, we are unable to accept prepaid cards .

This option is available for orders of at least $150/€150/£130 up to a maximum value of $600/€600/£500. No additional orders can be placed using our pay later program until all outstanding payments have successfully been paid.

We do not charge interest or APR. A processing fee of either $27 / €27 / £24 will be added to your first payment

Of course! Whether you choose to finance or not, you can still rest easy knowing you have a 30 night trial. If you choose to return your product, you’ll be refunded for the payments you’ve made.

Log in to your Hooman online account where you can view all previous payments that have been paid and any outstanding payments that are due including the date your card will be charged. You can login at any time by clicking ‘MY ACCOUNT” from the Hooman website.

You cannot postpone or delay a repayment however you can pay an instalment early. Visit your Hooman account, where you can select the which instalments you would like to pay.
